Aggressive Russian Page 5

It’s like a different switch in my brain got flipped while we were shooting, and I want to turn it off versus pursuing it further.

We leave the range and my head is still spinning a bit.

  “How was that?”

“Definitely different,” I say as my eyebrows raise and I blow out hard.

“You liked it, did you not.”

I don’t say anything, but I know my smile gives me away.

Suddenly I feel Vladimir’s hand on my side as he pinches me.

“Hey!” I jump to the side, escaping his thick digits. I could tell his pinch was playful, but wow, are his fingers strong.

“You know what is the best thing to do after releasing some aggression?”

“So that’s the rush I’m feeling...the release of aggression?”

  “One of them.”

  “What’s the other?”

“The way being around me gives you excitement like no other man can.”

Damn, he’s right…so far, but I’m not letting this situation get away from me. I need to stay in control…for now. “You think so?”

“I know it is true, and I will continue to show you so you will know it without a doubt. I know you want to. Don’t fight it. It is like drowning when you get caught in a current at sea. The more you deny the situation you’re in the more difficult it becomes, because you struggle with reality. Just relax and acknowledge it and let the water take you away, just before it sweeps you to safety.”

I’m not sure if that’s profound or complete b.s., but I decide to get back to the original thought. “So what’s the best thing to do after releasing some aggression then?

  “I will show you now.”

  CHAPTER 13

  Julie

We spend the rest of the day at a place in Brighton Beach called Ocean View Cafe and walking around Coney Island.

One of the reasons I was so excited to come to New York was the culture, and Vladimir is definitely exposing me to a ton of his.

I’d heard Russian food was bland, but borsch…oh my, it was delicious and full of flavor.

And walking around Coney Island was really fun too. Seeing the Ferris wheel, and the spot where the annual Fourth of July hot dog eating contest is held was pretty cool.

It seemed like everywhere we went Vladimir knew people, which makes the whole thing with the Chechen guy even stranger.

Then again it makes complete sense. If Vladimir is the enforcer, the protector, of his neighborhood, then why would anyone in their right mind turn him in or do anything to bring trouble to him?

He seems to be very well-loved around here, from babushkas to school children and everyone in-between. The men who own shops, restaurants, and other businesses seem like they almost admire him, and it’s in an authentic way. It’s not the kind of way where he comes around once a month to collect “protection payments.”

I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around how he operates in this world…so much violence and aggression, but then again he seems more like a sleeping bear. If you don’t poke him there won’t be any problems, but if you do you better look out.

We stand at the entrance to my building as he looks deeply into my eyes. The intense glare he’s giving me doesn’t so much scare me anymore…it makes me want him, badly.

“So, this is me,” I say, almost like a cliché.

He nods, sticking with his whole man of few words personality that is very much authentic.

“And I guess you’ll be back in your SUV all night.”

  “Yes.”

“You should go home and get some sleep. I’ll be fine.”

“How can I sleep after the excitement I feel from spending the day with you?”

I lean in and place my hands on the big brute’s chest, feeling those muscles of his for the first time. Visions of him on top of me as I feel up his body while he thrusts inside me fill my mind.

I want to see that dominance in the dark, in private. I want him, bad.

“I must go,” he says, his hand sliding around my back as he pulls me in close. My body melts into his, his firm grip on me letting me know there’s no way I could get away from him even if I wanted to…not that the thought ever crossed my mind.

A moment passes and I feel his grip release and he turns and walks back toward his Range Rover.

Not only is this guy educating me culturally and about myself in more ways than I could have imagined, but he’s also putting on a clinic in how a gentleman should act. The boys my age could learn a lot from him, not that I’m interested in any of them.

He’s a real man, and a man I want to know better…much, much better, and that includes physically.

I just stand there watching him cross the street until he’s in his car and he looks back over at me, immediately settled in for the night I’m sure.

I wave at him and then blow him a kiss.

  He nods.

I turn and enter the keycode to my building, trying not to laugh at his somewhat cold ways.

But the more time I spend with him the more I realize he’s not cold. He’s actually very warm hearted and good natured, and he’s showing me that I had no clue how much I could really like a guy, because I’d never been exposed to a real man before.

If my window faced the street I’d go upstairs right now and strongly consider exposing myself to him, teasing him to the point he’d have to leave his “post” and come up and check on me…tuck me in for the night.

But sadly my window doesn’t, but what I do have in my apartment is a shower.

And that, combined with my imagination, is my best bet to satisfy the burning need for him in between my thighs and get me through the night…until I can have the real thing.

  Him.

  CHAPTER 14

  Vladimir

  Two days later

The next thirty-six hours are a nightmare. Julie was in class all day yesterday and it drove me crazy. I couldn’t focus, my mind constantly on her.

Damn, how I wanted to kiss her the night before, but I can’t rush her. She needs time to understand me and what I’m all about. I need her to want to be with me, not just me bullying her into a relationship.

It’s a two-way street and although we may be in America, I’m not an American. I don’t believe in dating or shopping or things like that.

There’s no need to shop around, as they say here, or date, once you’ve found the one.

And she’s the one, the only one…the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.

I swing back by her place and find her already waiting outside for me.

She doesn’t even give me time to get out of the car. It’s practically still rolling when she reaches for the handle and jumps in.

“Where we going?” she asks with a big smile and a face full of enthusiasm.

Damn, she could melt me right here and now.

“In Russia it is tradition for man to buy his woman a fur coat. I don’t know how you feel about fur, but there are also excellent fake fur options.”

  “A…fur coat?”

“Yes, to show you how serious I am.”

“I already know you’re serious, Vladimir.”

“Good. Just let me show you, spoil you, and show the whole world whose woman you are.”

She just smiles, saying nothing. Good. I wasn’t sure if she would try and resist, but she isn’t.

I’ve already scheduled an appointment at the shop so they’ll close the moment I arrive. She’ll be able to look around all by herself, as she should. Any shop would close their doors if royalty arrived, and she is certainly royalty…my royalty. My princess.

And now I will show her what it’s like to be my queen.

  CHAPTER 15

  Julie

We arrive at the shop and my jaw about hits the floor. I never had a thing for fur, actually feeling kind of guilty about it, but when I find a number of faux fur options and try them on, I’m hooked.

  “This one,” I say.

“We’ll take that one,” Vladimir says.

The cashier nods and takes the jacket to the counter.

I appreciate that Vladimir doesn’t question me or ask me if I’m sure. It’s a subtle thing, but I notice.

When I say something he takes it as if it’s gospel. In his world you’re responsible for everything you say so you pick your words carefully. He’s not a man to mince them or talk just to hear the sound of his own voice, even though he tells me he enjoys listening to me. He even said my voice is like a harp playing for him and only him.

For a big guy he sure can be romantic, even though he delivers his comments in a very serious way.

We pay for the coat and the moment we step outside he holds it out so I can slide my arms into it.

We walk around for a while before heading back to his SUV. People seem to step out of our way on the sidewalk and nobody makes eye contact with me.

I’m not sure if I feel so powerful because of the coat or because he’s by my side.

In reality I know it’s both.

An hour or so later we’re back inside his ride and heading towards what seems to be towards Brighton Beach.

  “More borsch?”

“Time to show you where I live…and see if you still prefer to stay in that apartment or if you are ready to come live with me now, versus later.”

I don’t even feel the need to laugh at his grandiose claims anymore, because I know they’re serious and that he can back them up.

“Would you ever step aside from your business?”

“I think any wise man would when it is time to start a family. You cannot be in such a potentially violent position, or one where some government official may decide they do not like you anymore and arrest you on the spot, thus taking the main breadwinner and father figure from his family. How can a wife survive with no husband and how can the child eat?”

“What if the wife becomes the main breadwinner?”

“Not in my house. It is a man's job and responsibility, in any relationship, to put the best food on the table that he can.”

“But what if your wife wanted to work.”

“This is 2019. She can, but definitely does not have to. It is better if she is there with the child, and me.”

“So you would quit your job and…get another one?”

“Not another one. I would not work anymore. Once I have the wife, I have the life…the only life I need.”

  “But you need money, right?”

“Money makes money. If your pile of money is big enough the interest alone is enough forever.”

I don’t say anything, feeling I’m out of place to keep asking.

“I know you Americans do not talk to each other about money, nor do we Russians, but I can tell you, without giving you the exact figure because I do not know the exact figure, that there is no need for me to work ever again. Me or you.”

“But I haven’t even started. I haven’t even graduated from law school yet.”

  “I can buy that degree.”

“You can buy my degree for me?”

“I know people there. It is just a matter of coming up with an offer they cannot refuse.”

  “Violence?”

“I always play nice at first. I would offer a fair sum of money and then if they did not accept…there are always other means.”

“This isn’t a banana republic. This is America.”

“Americans may have invented capitalism, but we Russians perfected it.”

“No one will take your bribe, and I wouldn’t want to get a degree that way anyways.”

“I am sure someone would, but I know you would not want it that way.”

  “How do you know?”

“Because if you were that kind of woman who did not want to fight for what she wanted and to earn what she gets, I would not have been interested in you in the first place.”

“But I didn’t earn this fur coat.”

  “You did.”

  “How? That’s impossible.”

“Because you are mine, and my woman gets whatever she wants.”

  CHAPTER 16

  Vladimir

I open the door to my place and watch as her head moves like it’s on a swivel. The design is modern and angular, with lots of sharp edges and geometrical influence.

It’s ready for a woman’s touch, but not just any woman.

  Her.

I can feel my pulse in my wrist from the excitement of having her in my home for the first time.

My chest kicks as I struggle to take in enough oxygen. I feel lightheaded and powerful at the same time.

Considering some of the things I’ve done in this life, and the ice water you need running through your veins to do them, I can’t believe this is the first time in my thirty-seven years that I’ve ever felt this nervous.

The entire ride over I was on edge, my body feeling so damn hot I didn’t even wear my jacket despite the cool temperatures.

“I do not have a coat tree, but we can hang your jacket in the closet…if you want to take it off,” I tease.

She’s gripping it tight with her hands still wrapping it around her. It makes my chest swell with pride knowing how much she loves my gift.

“I don’t ever want to take it off. I love it…but I do feel hot.”

“That makes two of us,” I say.

My place has never felt so warm, despite the heat being off. We don’t need electricity or heating when the air’s thick and hot from the electricity between the two of us.

I reach forward, putting my hand at the small of her back and guide her through the house.

Slowly, my hand slides from her back and moves around the side of her coat and bumps her arm.

I feel her forearm rotate and her hand finds mine. I grab it tight and don’t let go…I’ll never fucking let go.

She turns back over her shoulder looking up at me as my body comes level with hers.

We move through the hallway and into my bedroom. Her eyes dart right to the California king sized bed against the wall and all I can think about is her in it, underneath me, as I claim her so hard that I crack the headboard by slamming it into the wall.

Our feet keep moving in unison as we move through the bedroom and into the closet.

I slide around behind her and grumble as I need to release her grip so I can help her out of the coat.

But after I release her hand the void that’s created by our separation hits me like a ton of bricks. My hands find her waist and I pull her back into me, my cock pressing through my pants and into her back.

A moan escapes her and I feel her breath pick up and then catch, as she double exhales.

The two of us are standing alone, inside this modest walk-in closet that was short on oxygen already.

“What’s happening?” she asks, as my hand moves from her waist and drags along her ass, stopping to squeeze one globe.

“You. That is what happened and continues to happen. I can not control myself in your presence any longer,” I say in a tone that lets her know I’m quickly sliding down a slope from what’s acceptable in public and all the dirty things that aren’t which we can finally do.

She whimpers at my words and my other hand pulls her body even tighter into me, demanding to feel as much of her body against mine as possible, fur coat be damned.

  “This is crazy,” she says.

“This is right…perfect…and what we both need and want.”

My other hand leaves her ass and grabs her upper arm, the jacket still on.

Damn how I want that thing off of her, but she looks just too damn perfect in it. The only way she could look more perfect? Naked and laid out on my bed just feet away.

My hand slides along the arm of the jacket and up to her neck, finally feeling her skin before I take her throat lightly and then continue moving my hand up, gripping her feminine jawline.

“I know you want this just as much as I do.”

  “Yes,” she whispers.

/>   “I know you had fantasies about this just like I did.”

  “Yes.”
